Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do ship overseas. We ship all over the UK and Europe.
Note: some orders to certain destinations may take a bit longer to arrive.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing will take 1-2 business days. Deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 business days. Total delivery time 6-12 business days
Delivery details and tracking will automatically be provided in your email within 24 hours. (Check spambox)
Where can I find my tracking details?
After you placed your order, we send out an email with your shipping details.
Use our secure 'My Account' environment to view all your placed orders. Including tracking details once provided.

Returns
Is return shipping free?
No, you as a customer are responsible for the return costs.
What are the conditions for returns?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason.
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale with the labels still attached.
The return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed.
The 30 day return period has expired, what should I do?
Please ensure you return your item within 30 days before the return window closes. If you're unable to do so, we provide the option to get a discount voucher for another item in the store. Contact our customer service for further details.
